Long Time No News, Turns Out the Vocalist of the Band Vegetoz Until Now is Willing Not to Get Married to Take Care of His Mother

After a long absence from TV, the vocalist of Vegetoz, Teguh Permana, finally reappeared with sad news. The current vocalist is apparently busy taking care of his mother who can only lie weakly in bed due to her illness.

"Once again, only I know my mother's condition, the closest person at that time, my mother before she fell ill and lay down, she began to feel lonely at her home since my sister got married," said Teguh when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (11/8).

1. Not Ready to Get Married

In order to take care of his mother, Teguh Permana admitted that he is not ready to get married because he wants to accompany his mother. Before she got sick, his mother told him that she felt lonely. He only lives with his mother, so Teguh said that he will not leave his mother like his older brother who is already married.

"Automatically, he (Teguh's brother) is scattered with his wife and children. So, at home, it's just the two of us, and he feels sad. He said, 'It's lonely, isn't it? Maybe later, when Teguh gets married, Mama will be left alone like that too? Probably by Teguh's wife," said Teguh.

"It makes me sad, and actually in my heart, even if I find my soulmate, God willing, I will not leave (my mother) far away. I will definitely bring my mother," he continued.

2. Focus on Taking Care of His Mother

Until now, Teguh admits that he hasn't thought about getting married because he wants to focus on taking care of his mother first, who has been suffering from a stroke for the past two years. Teguh even admits that he is willing to sacrifice his sleeping time to take care of his biological mother.

"But until this moment, I haven't seriously considered having a partner or getting married. I am fully dedicated to taking care of my mother because she needs extra attention and care. I know that I have to sacrifice my sleep for 24 hours. My sleep is not normal anymore. I have to stay awake all the time because the tube is often accidentally removed," he concluded.
