The Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Ronaldo Maradona Siregar, stated the main reason for Lucinta Luna's transfer. It is said that this is for the sake of effectiveness and efficiency of time.

"Actually, this is for the effectiveness and efficiency of time, because previously during the examination, we needed to intensively examine the person in question, while at the West Jakarta Police, we do not have a special detention facility for women. So for the sake of convenience, we entrusted her to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police.
However, since all the examinations for LL have been completed, we have moved her to the Pondok Bambu Detention Center. Usually, female detainees are entrusted to the Pondok Bambu Detention Center," he said at the office.

He also said that Lucinta was quite cooperative when transferred to Rutan Pondok Bambu. There was no conversation coming out of his mouth when receiving the news of the transfer.

"He is cooperative. There is no talk at all. Indeed, both of them have the same status, so it is also a detention center. If there is a detention center in West Jakarta Police, we will accommodate it here. But currently, West Jakarta Police does not have a special detention center for women," he added.

2. Not Complete

Nevertheless, it is admitted that Lucinta Luna's files are still incomplete or not yet P21. The police only need to wait for instructions from the prosecutor before it is declared complete.

"Not P21 yet, only the first stage. It means that we have completed the case file and sent it to the public prosecutor, so for the next step, we are waiting for instructions from the prosecutor within the next 14 days, whether there are instructions given by the prosecutor or our files are declared complete, which is referred to as P21," he concluded.
