Lulu Tobing Files for Divorce from Bani Maulana Mulia, Court: No Domestic Violence and Third Party Involved

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Lulu Tobing and Bani Maulana Mulia was held again at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (22/6). The trial was attended by Bani Maulana and his legal representatives, as well as Lulu Tobing's legal representatives.

According to Haerudin, the spokesperson for the Central Jakarta Religious Court, there has been no agreement between the two parties, so the trial is still ongoing.

"Regarding the issue of household matters, there has been no agreement, so the case continues to be processed in the trial," said Haerudin, who was met after the trial.

One of them is the desire of Bani Maulana Mulia to reconcile and maintain his marriage. This is evident from his presence in this trial.

"Yes, if we look at his presence, it means he is trying to defend himself. Without any excuses put forward by Lulu Tobing. If he is present, it means he is trying to defend himself," said Haerudin.

2. No Domestic Violence and Third Party Involved

Haerudin also emphasized that there is no issue of domestic violence or third party involved in the divorce lawsuit filed by Lulu Tobing. Their divorce trial will continue on June 29, 2021 through e-court or online.

"There is no (domestic violence and third party). It is already related to the lawsuit issue, of course, it will be discussed in the trial what the cause is and why, it is already related to the main case, of course, in a closed trial for the public," he concluded.
