Luna Maya and Deddy Corbuzier Become Judges in Indonesia's Next Top Model 2020

This television program, which is a license from America's Next Top Model and adapted from Asia's Next Top Model, airs on NET. starting from November 28, 2020, every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 PM WIB.

The reality program INTM 2020 on NET. will provide its best participants with broader career opportunities through a rigorous judging process by two Indonesian celebrities, Luna Maya and Deddy Corbuzier, as well as Asia's Next Top Model cycle 4 runner-up Patricia Gouw and fashion choreographer Panca Makmun.

"The INTM show on NET. will bring the competition drama of the participants closer to the viewers and the entertainment behind the world of model selection with a strict judging process agreed upon by America's Next Top Model as the license holder. As a program presented to accompany viewers at home amidst the pandemic, NET. also implements health protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of the participants, including the crew and INTM judges. Throughout the production process, all participants and involved crew members are required to undergo regular swab tests, maintain the cleanliness of the quarantine house with disinfectants, and avoid potential crowds," said Untung Pranoto (Content Director) during the initial INTM judging.

1. Registration Process to Quarantine

The registration phase for INTM participants has been opened online from August 1-31, with requirements for participants including Indonesian citizens, women aged 17-27, minimum height of 168 cm, and talent in fashion modeling. More than 450 verified participants who meet these requirements were selected through virtual interviews and psychological tests to explore the character of each participant until 16 participants were chosen.

From this top 16 round, the competition will be showcased on NET television. The 16 participants must undergo a quarantine period, face challenges related to modeling according to the predetermined concept, undergo strict judging rounds, and elimination stages until finally one person is chosen as the winner of Indonesia's Next Top Model.

To support the mobility of participants during the INTM competition, NET has received support from Honda as the official car of Indonesia's Next Top Model. Honda will also provide a reliable LSUV crossover, the Honda HR-V 1.5L Special Edition, as the main prize for the winner of the INTM event. Honda will also present some of its products to be used as part of various challenges that participants must undertake.

Luna Maya, who started her career as a model, expressed her joy after being trusted to become a judge on INTM. According to her, being a model is not as easy as people think.

"I am very happy to be a part of the Indonesia's Next Top Model family. Sometimes people think that being a model is easy, just walking on the catwalk or posing, but the reality is not that simple. Being a model requires struggle," Luna said.

Meanwhile, another judge, Deddy Corbuzier, stated that INTM is also a show that can inspire viewers. "A show of this magnitude, with its license bought by Indonesia, cannot be done carelessly. That's why viewers must watch. I also believe that this show can inspire about the struggle to achieve dreams and make them come true," Deddy added.

According to the Head of Production Division at NET TV, Edo Wicaksono, the combination of the four judges with their respective characters and expertise will bring their own colors to the INTM show.
