In delving into her role, actress Lutesha is apparently very dedicated. This was proven when she portrayed the character Anna Karenina in her latest film titled ALI TOPAN.
In one scene, there is a character who is shown riding a motorcycle. But it's not just an ordinary two-wheeled motorcycle, Lutesha was cast to ride a big motorcycle with a clutch.
Lutesha Sadhewa, her full name, admitted that she had never ridden a clutch motorcycle before. For the role she played, she was willing to learn for two weeks.
"Yes, that's true, I just started learning to ride a motorcycle. If I'm not mistaken, the reading process took about two weeks and also the motorcycle workshop," said Lutesha when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (13/2/2024).
Interestingly, Lutesha even borrowed a clutch motorcycle from a player, namely Omara Esteghlal, to learn in her housing complex.
Because she felt unsatisfied, the 29-year-old woman finally dared to take the motorcycle to the highway.
"That was my super daring experience, besides riding around my own complex, I rode the clutch motorcycle that I just learned from Bintaro to Cilandak in the morning and it was congested, so it was quite a challenge and I just went for it," she said.
Lutesha is grateful during the shooting scene, she can smoothly ride a clutch motorcycle. Moreover, there is a scene where she rides with Ali Topan played by Jefri Nichol.
Apparently, this is not the first time Lutesha has done something like this. Previously, the wife of Cahyo Arswandaru also learned to drive a clutch car self-taught for a role. Even in the role, she is required to drift!
