MA Decides to Divorce Nindy Ayunda This Month, Who Cheated Will be Revealed

The Supreme Court (MA) is investigating the alleged infidelity in deciding the cassation of the divorce lawsuit between singer Nindy Ayunda and businessman Askara Parasady Harsono.

Askara's lawyer, Muslih, SH, said that the allegation of infidelity had been previously revealed in the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) trial. Regarding the verdict, Muslih admitted that he had been informed that the Supreme Court would issue a verdict this month, but he did not know the exact timing.

"I have already revealed the allegation of infidelity in the PA Jaksel trial some time ago. Let the legal process in the Supreme Court decide and conclude who cheated," said Muslih when contacted by phone on Monday (7/3/2022).

Returning to the issue of infidelity, Muslih, as Askara's legal counsel, emphasizes that as long as the Supreme Court (MA) has not issued a verdict, it is not allowed for either party, whether it's Nindy Ayunda or Askara, to have a lover or even a new partner (remarried).

"We all know from the news in various mass media, both online and on TV, who has a new partner? I even heard that she (Nindy Ayunda) has remarried. But I cannot confirm the truth of her remarriage, please ask her directly," said Muslih, SH.

Askara's legal counsel, Muslih, ensures that whatever decision the Supreme Court (MA) makes, Askara can accept it with an open heart.

He admitted that Askara filed an appeal to protect the integrity of his marriage and for the sake of his children. However, Nindy did not want it and insisted on getting a divorce.

As a father, Askara still fulfills his responsibility towards his two children, including financing their education and other needs. He deserves high appreciation.

"The cost of their children's education is not small, but he still pays for it. The same goes for their children's insurance, he still pays for it," said Muslih.

4. Doesn't Want to Be Prohibited from Meeting the Children

Muslih also reminded Nindy not to hinder Askara from meeting their children after the MA verdict. Currently, Askara feels hindered in meeting his two children.

In a recent interview, Nindy Ayunda stated that she has not thought about reconciling with Askara. She even protested Askara's appeal. However, Nindy admitted that she still maintains communication with Askara for the sake of their children.

"Now, if we maintain good relations, it's only for the sake of the children," concluded Nindy Ayunda.

As is known, Nindy Ayunda has already made her new lover named Mahendra Dito Purnomo public. The singer of the song Cinta Cuma Satu introduced him while celebrating her 33rd birthday on January 10, 2022. Nindy uploaded this moment on her personal Instagram account.

"I have never been given such a thoughtful birthday in my life, I was surprised," Nindy Ayunda wrote on her Instagram.

Nindy also expressed her gratitude to the man for preparing the surprise. Not only for herself, but also for their two children. "I feel loved. Thank you for always taking care of me, Mas Abhi & Kanara, and being a good role model for them," she wrote again.

Nindy is rumored to have known Mahendra Dito Purnomo when she was still married to Askara Parasady Harsono. According to information from a source with the initial D, it is revealed that Nindy and her new boyfriend have known each other for a long time, even before Nindy separated from Askara.

Askara's lawyer, Muslih, also revealed that there was a man who liked Nindy Ayunda. This was known from a recording of Nindy during the divorce process with Askara.

"In the recording, Nindy's mother mentioned the name Dito, but it is still unclear who Dito is," said Muslih.
