Recently, Maia Estianty mentioned that she had experienced sexual harassment while she was still in college. This harassment apparently traumatized her.

Through Dodit Mulyanto's Youtube channel, Maia admitted that she had experienced sexual harassment while she was still in college.

But what's impressive is that Maia didn't stay silent when she was treated disrespectfully. She immediately confronted the perpetrator of the harassment.

There was a brave man who bothered me, so I turned around and punched him," she said.

Maia mentioned that the perpetrator had touched her body without her consent.

"If he touches me, it means it's sexual harassment," she added.

Maia was able to do this because she learned karate when she was young. It gave her the reflex to fight back when needed.

This happened when Maia and her female friend were watching her ex-husband, Ahmad Dhani, playing soccer.

"The ex-husband is playing football, it's crowded, there might be a man who doesn't know that I dare to disturb, so in the end I turned around (hit)," said Maia.

After that incident, Maia was approached by many people. However, those people actually defended Maia and also joined in hitting the perpetrator.
