"As for me, I regularly take vitamins. Because that's one of my ways to prevent our stamina from dropping," she said.

According to her, if the immune system is weak and there is no intake of vitamins, it is very easy to get sick.

"Because if our stamina drops, it actually becomes easier to get sick," said Tessa Kaunang.
