The never-ending pandemic has certainly turned many people's lives upside down.
Kapanlagi.com - One important lesson that can be learned from this covid-19 pandemic is the importance of always maintaining cleanliness. At this time, whether we like it or not, we cannot ignore this matter in order to protect ourselves from virus attacks.
If some people are still not accustomed to a clean lifestyle, it is different for Marcella Zalianty. This 40-year-old woman is already very accustomed to living a clean life, even long before the pandemic struck.
"I always do Swab Tests to protect my family, people who work with me, especially my beloved children, before and after activities such as shooting or traveling out of town. Alhamdulillah, so far the results have been negative. Maybe because Alhamdulillah I am used to being exaggerated with the habit of being 'sterile' in everything, so even though I continue to work and be active, I am quite disciplined," wrote Marcella in the caption of her Instagram video post when undergoing a swab test.
Because of being excessively clean, Marcella is often teased by people around her. But now her habit has proven to be useful and no one dares to tease her anymore.
"Even though sometimes it becomes a joke, especially before the pandemic, fortunately with that habit when we have to adapt because of the pandemic. It is no longer a new habit for me," she added.View this post on Instagram
Marcella also reminds the public to continue practicing cleanliness. She also shares some important tips to protect oneself from the Covid-19 virus.
"We never know when and where this virus can come. We can only take care of ourselves and our loved ones by always wearing masks, regularly washing hands, maintaining distance, consuming healthy food, managing stress. Hopefully, our immunity remains strong because it is our weapon. Greetings 3M (wearing masks, maintaining distance, washing hands)," she concluded.
KLovers, don't forget to always take care of your health and discipline in implementing health protocols during this pandemic. #RememberMother'sMessage, regularly wash hands with soap and running water, maintain distance, and wear masks every time you travel. Let's protect each other!
