Marlina Octaria Claims Forced to Engage in Sexual Relations 10 Times a Day, Taqy Malik's Father Does Not Deny

Kapanlagi.com - Marlina Octaria Kawurung has made another shocking revelation about her sexual relationship with her ex-husband, Mansyardin Malik, who is Taqy Malik's father. In the Hotman Paris Show talk show, Marlina admitted that she was forced by Mansyardin to engage in sexual intercourse 10 times a day.

"I had to follow his desires. His desire was 10 times. I couldn't take it anymore. The only break was during worship," Marlina said in the show.

When asked about Marlina's confession, Mansyardin Malik did not deny it. However, Mansyardin also did not confirm the statements made by his ex-wife.

"So, I say that every household has its secrets, sir, maybe you have a household, does anyone have a household?" Masyardin said when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (10/4/2021).

"If someone already has a household, do they want their household secrets known to the public? So, the term is that a household is consumed only by the husband and wife who know about it, including intimate relationships. Because this relationship should not be known by many people, is there anyone who witnesses intimate relationships? Only the husband and wife know," he explained.

After revealing allegations of sexual misconduct by Mansyardin Malik, Marlina filed a police report under Article 5 letter a,b,c in conjunction with Article 44 paragraph 2 of Law number 23 of 2004 concerning domestic violence.

Not accepting it, Taqy Malik's father reported Marlina back to the police with accusations of defamation and slander. In response to the counter report from Mansyardin Malik, Marlina didn't say much. She only asked for prayers in facing the 'counterattack' from her ex-husband.

"Just ask for prayers, that's all," said Marlina when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (4/10/2021).

Meanwhile, in responding to the report from Taqy Malik's father, Marlina's lawyer, Ery Kertanegara, claimed it was not a problem.

"Feel free to exercise the rights of a citizen (to report). But if we look at the legal placement, we hope that things like this don't seem to silence something that our client is brave enough to express, speak up," said Ery Kartanegara.

2. Undergo Examination

In relation to her report, Marlina Octaria underwent examination at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Monday (4/10/2021). Marlina, who arrived at around 11.00 AM accompanied by her legal counsel, only left the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police at around 4.00 PM.

"Our presence is related to the invitation to provide an examination report as the complainant. Our client was asked 22 questions regarding the chronology of the incident experienced," said Ery Kartanegara, Marlina's legal counsel.

In addition to undergoing the Examination Report (BAP), Marlina's visit was also to provide several pieces of evidence to strengthen her report.

"There are several pieces of evidence that we have submitted for now, namely the client's chats between the accused and the complainant," said Ery.
