Mediation with Indra Tarigan, Nikita Mirzani Asserts No Forgiveness

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Nikita Mirzani came to the Jakarta Metro Police to mediate with Indra Tarigan regarding the report made by Nikita some time ago regarding the defamation case against her daughter, Laura Meizani Nasseru Asry alias Loli.

Apparently, the report has fulfilled the criminal elements and because there is now a new appeal from the National Police Chief to first mediate before the case is further followed up. Both of them were asked to attend and meet.

"This is an instruction that every complainant and defendant will be brought together. The legal process has already entered the investigation process, meaning that there is an allegation of a criminal act that someone with the initials IT has been reported by us and is suspected of committing a criminal act," said Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita's lawyer when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, South Jakarta, Monday (15/3).

1. Not Forgiving

"There is a letter, it's called a notification letter of the start of the investigation. It means that this case is already a criminal offense, but because there are instructions, mediation is needed first," said Fahmi Bachmid.

The mother of three agreed to mediate with Indra Tarigan, but she will continue the case until it reaches the court.

"But that's just a recommendation from the Chief of Police because it hasn't been approved by the DPR, so we have to follow the recommendation. But if Niki doesn't want to forgive, then we will continue," said Nikita.

2. Heartbroken

The reason Nikita doesn't want to reconcile with Indra Tarigan is because he has hurt her child's feelings. That's something that cannot be questioned.

"Don't forgive just by asking. Why? Because he posted a photo of Niki's child, so don't take photos of children, just take photos of me. If it's about children, they will always be defended," concluded Nikita Mirzani.
