The departure of Ani Yudhoyono before Eid Al-Fitr deeply saddened the SBY family. Their children and sons-in-law are still unable to fully let go of the memories of bu Ani, who has always been the busiest during the Eid season.
Aliya Rajasa, the wife of Ibas Yudhoyono, is also still unable to forget Eid Al-Fitr with her mother-in-law. Sweet memories from last year's Eid were uploaded by Aliya on her Instagram account.
Last year's Eid Al-Fitr, the SBY family chose dark blue as their family uniform. This year, the SBY family had also prepared uniforms. Unfortunately, bu Ani passed away before Eid.
Aliya Rajasa also remembers the moment of sungkeman (traditional Javanese gesture of respect) performed by their family when Eid arrives. Hugs and kisses from Ani to her children and grandchildren become a sign that forgiveness has been accepted.
Last year, baby G was still small. Now Aliya's third child has grown up and still doesn't know that her grandmother is no longer here. Baby G still often looks for Memo (grandma), and says that Memo is sleeping.
Ibas' two sons also perform sungkem to their late grandmother, Memo. Although still young, these two handsome boys obediently show respect to their family.
These family memories are something that Aliya cannot forget. Ani's departure is a great loss for their family.
