Teuku Ryan revealed several reasons why he wants to take care of their child. "Actually, we requested custody for several reasons, (one of them) because of Ricis' busy schedule," said Dedi Rizal Armidi, Teuku Ryan's legal representative after the trial on Wednesday (27/3/2024).
"But because the child is under the age, it will be placed with the mother, Ryan's side (requests) access to Moana also cannot be limited," Dedi added.
Teuku Ryan's side also presented several things to strengthen the request for custody rights in front of the judges.
"We presented several things, Ryan has the capability, has a house. But again, it's only conveyed to the judges," said Dedi Rizal Armidi.
Nevertheless, Dedi Rizal Armidi hopes that if the judges have already decided on the divorce between Teuku Ryan and Ria Ricis, the custody rights of the child will also be divided fairly.
"If this divorce case is granted, Ryan will also be given the right, it's not wrong to ask for custody of the child. Custody of the child is the right of both parties," he said.
In the next hearing, Teuku Ryan's party will bring two witnesses to the next hearing, which will be held on Monday (1/4/2024).
