Milano Lubis Initiates the 40-Day Remembrance of Vanessa Angel, Allocates 200 Million Funds - Chika Cries While Singing

Kapanlagi.com - Lawyer Milano Lubis, along with his colleagues, held a religious event commemorating the 40th day of the passing of Vanessa Angel. On this occasion, the family group of Doddy Sudrajat and representatives from the late Vanessa's mother attended the invitation.

The event, which started after the Isya prayer, proceeded solemnly. Around two hundred orphans were brought in to fill the hall, where a simple stage with a large LED screen displaying Vanessa's photo was set up in the middle of the room.

"Today, we only pray without expecting anything. We gather everyone, both from Vanessa's mother's family and Vanessa's father's family. We are here praying for Vanessa and her husband over there. We hope their graves will be spacious and their sins will be forgiven. That's all we hope for," said Milano when met in the Kebayoran Baru area on Monday night (13/12/2021).

1. Spend Rp 200 Million

A religious gathering commemorating Vanessa Angel's 40th day of departure was held at a luxurious place. When asked about it, Milano Lubis as the initiator revealed that the expenses reached more than Rp 200 million rupiah.

"The initial idea was mine. But it turns out that many people supported it. Honestly, I didn't organize this event alone, there was a lot of assistance. If you say it's luxurious, it's normal for us. But if you say it's not, then it's fine. The main fund is above 200 million," continued Milano.

2. Already Like a Younger Sibling

Milano Lubis is known as a lawyer who handled the legal case of the late Vanessa Angel. However, their relationship is so close that Milano considers Vanessa as his own younger sibling.

"After getting out of jail, our relationship didn't distance, but instead became closer. She's like my own younger sibling. She once stayed at my house for a year," said Milano.

3. Chika Cries While Singing

After the religious ceremony, Vaness Angel's younger siblings, Mayang Fitri and Chika Shenaz, performed a duet singing two songs. The first song is titled 'Bila Waktu T'lah Berakhir' popularized by Opick. Then followed by the second song titled 'Kemarin' by the band Seventeen.

When singing the second song, Chika appeared unable to hold back her emotions. She cried as the song was about to end. The tears didn't stop until Mayang asked her to come down from the stage.

4. Separate Religious Ceremonies Held

As known, the religious ceremony to commemorate the 40th day of the passing of celebrity couple Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah fell on Monday, December 13, 2021, and was held separately by both families of the deceased.

Vanessa Angel's family held the 40-day religious ceremony at Tribrata Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta. Meanwhile, Bibi Andriansyah's family held the event at Vanessa and Bibi's residence in the Srengseng area, West Jakarta.

5. The Event Runs Smoothly

When met, H. Faisal, the father of the late Bibi Adriansyah, said that the tahlilan event went smoothly. Faisal mentioned that the event also went solemnly.

"Our 40-day event is finished and went smoothly, many guests attended, friends of the late Bibi and the late Vanessa, and the unity of the Sumbar family also attended, there were also many elders who attended earlier," said Faisal when met in the Srengseng area, West Jakarta, on Monday night, (13/12).

"Alhamdulillah, in our opinion, it was quite solemn and in accordance with what was expected, that's how we organize events," he continued.
