Millen herself has been known for quite some time as an androgynous model. She used to often do photoshoots wearing women's clothing complete with beautiful makeup. She has been involved in this field even before she started having female body features.

In 2019, Millen decided to get breast implants. She underwent the procedure in Thailand. Although she initially did not have her mother's approval, after Millen went to Thailand, her mother gave her permission.

"Initially, I wanted to have breast implant surgery in Thailand. I did some research first, didn't just go straight to the surgery, and it was a gradual process. I had to get permission from my mom and the whole family. And when I had the opportunity to go to Thailand, I called my mom but didn't get permission. Actually, that day was supposed to be the surgery day. After that, I called again and got permission, so I finally had the surgery. Everything went smoothly and I came back safely. I'm happy now," said Millen in an interview on MOP Channel that aired in July 2019.

2. Don't Want to Have Genital Surgery

Although she has undergone breast surgery, Millen admitted that she does not want to undergo genital surgery. Despite having breast implants, it turns out Millen does not want to change her gender.

"I really don't want to (have genital surgery), it's not that I'm not allowed. Even if I'm allowed (by my family), I still don't want to, because deciding that should come from the heart. For example, many people tell me, 'Just do the surgery (for your gender)' but I won't. Well, if many people eventually change their gender, it depends on their own principles. But if I fundamentally don't want to, I won't. Even if my family agrees, I still don't want to. Even if my family and friends have supported me, I still don't want to. I just want to be myself," said Millen when met in the Sudirman area on November 29, 2019.

3. Case of Sex Video

Far in the past, Millen apparently experienced something very bad related to the spread of her sex video. She revealed this some time ago in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast. She admitted feeling very guilty towards her family because of the video.

"So I was in the middle of the family gathering, and my mom cried, dad cried, and I felt really guilty. Because it also embarrasses the family name, right?" said Millen in one of Deddy Corbuzier's podcasts.

4. Gender Reassignment Surgery?

After previously insisting on not wanting to undergo gender reassignment surgery, Millen has once again made the public wonder. This is because a video circulated stating that Millen has been 'cut'. Although the video does not explain in detail what is meant by 'cut', many netizens suspect that Millen has undergone gender reassignment surgery.

"This is Millen's new boyfriend, he wants to deflower her. Just because you've been cut, cut like a duck, perfect!" said one of Millen's friends in the video.

5. Experiencing Menstruation

Millen caused a stir among netizens after posting several codes that hinted at her experiencing menstruation. Some time ago, she uploaded an Instagram Story showing a series of questions apparently asked by a beauty spa.

One of the questions asked about her condition at the time, and Millen answered that she was currently menstruating. Previously, she also posted a story consisting of a boomerang video showing a woman's sanitary pad. However, there has been no response from Millen regarding this matter.

6. Claiming Pregnancy

This latest confession still sparks debate among netizens. Millen, known as a transgender woman, recently claimed to be pregnant. She even revealed that her pregnancy is now at 2 months.
