Missing the Late Olga, Billy Syahputra Cries Alone in His Room

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Billy Syahputra visited his late brother's grave, the late Olga Syahputra, before the beginning of Ramadan 1442 H on Monday (4/12/2021). As usual, Billy stated that his visit to Olga Syahputra's grave was only to pray for his brother.

"It's been almost five years, just praying, well, I vent, I pray for him to be at peace," said Billy Syahputra in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Monday (4/12/2021).

1. Routine to Kakak's Grave

Pilgrimage to the late Olga Syahputra's grave has become a tradition for Billy Syahputra and his extended family. Usually, this is done before the month of Ramadan and the Eid al-Fitr holiday. Billy always visits his sibling's grave.

"Definitely, it's a routine for me. I usually go at night, really late at night, after I've started fasting. My family always goes first, every Friday we always go to the late person's grave," he said.

2. Missing Olga's Figure

Billy Syahputra and his family have been separated from the late Olga for about five years. Billy admitted that he really misses his sibling's presence. In fact, he misses Olga so much that he sometimes cries alone in his room without anyone knowing.

"I really miss her. If I may share a little, on her birthday last month, February 8th, I was crying in my room, feeling sad, and made a video," said Billy.

"I dream about her until one or two in the morning, I cry silently but no one knows, feeling longing, feeling loss. On her birthday, I always set aside good prayers for her," Billy continued.
