She experienced a drop and lack of sleep while preparing for her graduation ceremony in February 2022 at Sidney University.
Currently, she serves as a member of the Indonesian People's Representative Council elected from the Golkar Party and has been in office since October 1, 2019 until October 1, 2024, after previously holding the same position during the 2009-2014 period.
Mayong married actress Nurul Arifin in 1991, although he is a Catholic with a different faith from Nurul who is a Muslim. This couple has two children, a daughter named Maura Magnalia Madyaratri (1994-2022) and a son named Melkior Mirari Manusaktri.
