Mulan Jameela's name is once again a hot topic on social media. This was triggered by the circulation of news stating that she made negative comments about the teaching profession. In response to the developing controversy, Mulan finally spoke out through an official statement. She emphasized that the circulating news is a hoax and that she never made such comments.

"My dear friends, it may seem a bit strange because I rarely respond to hoax issues that spread on social media, as most of the hoax news is only related to me personally," Mulan Jameela said in a brief message received.

Mulan admitted that she has chosen to remain silent about various negative issues concerning herself. However, this time, she feels the need to provide clarification because the issue relates to the teaching profession, which she highly respects."But it seems that I cannot stay silent if this hoax news is related to hoax statements about teachers. I have great respect for teachers and their role in educating the nation's children, and of course, the role of teachers contributes to building our beloved nation and country, Indonesia," she asserted.

Furthermore, Mulan also explained that her scope of work in the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) is not directly related to educational issues. She emphasized that she has never made any statements regarding teachers as alleged."Why? Because my area of movement in Commission VI does not discuss teachers. And I believe my friends in Commission X of the DPR RI are working hard for our beloved teachers," she explained.

She urged the public to verify before spreading news."For all my friends who receive news, it is advisable to check and recheck. Verify whether it is factual news or a hoax?," she said.
