Kapanlagi.com - The West Jakarta Metropolitan Police have taken a statement from Riri Khasmita, the household assistant (ART) of Cut Indria Martini, who is the mother of actress Nirina Zubir, on Thursday (25/11/2021). The examination of Riri Khasmita took place at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters.

Because Riri is still a detainee of the Metro Jaya Police in a case of alleged embezzlement of land assets belonging to Nirina Zubir's mother. This was revealed by the Head of the General Crime Unit of the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKP Avrilendy, when contacted on Friday (26/11/2021).

"Already checked yesterday at the Metro Jaya Police. We took statements for clarification because it is still under investigation," he said. The examination of Riri is a continuation of her report against Fadlan Karim, Nirina Zubir's brother, regarding allegations of kidnapping.

"Report from sister Riri regarding allegations of violation of Article 333 of the Criminal Code, deprivation of someone's freedom," said Avrilendy. Previously, Riri Khasmita reported Fadlan Karim to the Metro Jaya Police. However, due to certain reasons, her report was transferred to the West Jakarta Metro Police.

2. Deprivation of Freedom

According to Riri Khasmita's legal counsel, Putra Kurniadi, her client has been deprived of her freedom by Nirina Zubir's brother for a year.

"So based on that, our client filed a report. Our client's freedom is hindered. So in front of our client's house, there is strict 24-hour security. So the client is not allowed to go out. The gate is locked. If she wants to go out, it must be exchanged with her child. So based on that, we filed a report because her family's freedom is deprived," said Putra Kurniadi.
