Regarding this matter, the police are still investigating the fatal accident. The initial suspicion is that driver Tubagus Joddy fell asleep. Bibi Ardiansyah's father and Vanessa Angel's father-in-law, Faisal, finally spoke up about this matter.
He expressed his disappointment with Vanessa Angel's driver, Tubagus Joddy, because from the information he received, it turns out that the car was driven at a speed exceeding the limit. Moreover, the victims of this fatal accident are not only his child and son-in-law, but also his young grandchild.
"Ever since I received the news, why didn't they think about the passengers inside, who are their child and grandchild. It feels heavy and disappointing about this incident," said Faisal when met at the funeral home in Srengseng, West Jakarta, on Friday morning (5/11).
According to him, Joddy's action of using a mobile phone while driving is not right. Faisal admits that it is still difficult for him to sincerely forgive Joddy if he is later found guilty.
"I am still reluctant to forgive them because they have taken the life of my child," he said.
Furthermore, Faisal fully entrusts the investigation carried out by the police. He wants what his child and grandchildren have experienced to serve as a lesson for all drivers.
"I leave it to the police to pay attention because this could happen to others so that a driver can control themselves while driving," he concluded.
