New Restaurant Opening Ceremony Dispersed by Satpol PP, Will Rizky Billar Be Summoned by the Police?

The story goes that the lover of Lesty Kejora was holding an inauguration event for his new restaurant in the Tanjung Duren area, West Jakarta. Unfortunately, the event was stopped by the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) for violating health protocol regulations.

It's not surprising, the event, which was also attended by Rizky, attracted crowds of residents and fans who came to see their idol up close. In addition to violating the established protocols, the crowds also caused traffic congestion.

"We received information about a crowd at Raja Sei Restaurant and it was true. We then dispersed the visitors," said Slamet, the Commander of the Grogol Petamburan Satpol PP team, on Sunday (7/3/2021), as quoted from Kompas TV.

In addition to dispersing the crowd, Satol PP also stopped the grand opening event of Rizky restaurant. As a result, the restaurant, which was supposed to be officially opened, had to be closed again for an indefinite period of time.

"If they violate again, we will take strict action. Today, they were just dispersed and temporarily closed," added Slamet.

2. Rizky Billar Not Present at the Location

Rizky Billar did attend the opening event of the restaurant named Raja Sei. However, when Satpol PP came to disperse the crowd, the 25-year-old man was already not at the location because he had to rush to the shooting location.

It is reported that Rizky will be summoned by the police regarding the violation. As of the time this news is released, Rizky cannot be directly contacted or provide any clarification regarding the issue.

3. Response from Rizky Billar's Manager

The media also contacted Dery Saputra, Rizky Billar's manager, to request clarification. However, Dery said that he was not aware of any commotion that had occurred.

"There is none at all, where did you get this information from earlier? A journalist also messaged me earlier," said Rizky Billar's manager, Dery Syaputra, when contacted by phone on Monday (8/3).

Dery Syahputra also admitted that he had just received that information from a journalist. He was puzzled as to why Rizky Billar was called regarding the alleged health protocol violation.

"There is no (information) at all. We just found out. There is no information from any party. There is also no information from Raja Sei's side at all," he continued.

4. Unable to Anticipate the Presence of Fans

According to Derry, during the event, Rizky Billar and his team strictly adhered to health protocols. They also did not invite many people related to the opening of the restaurant. However, it cannot be denied that residents and fans came to the location when they found out about Rizky Billar's presence. Therefore, the crowd could not be avoided by Rizky Billar.

"Actually, we did follow the protocols. Even if we were summoned, we just had to go and face it. Usually, only my lawyer goes there. Because we really follow the protocols well," Derry added casually.

"It's true that we follow the protocols well. So, if there are a lot of people in front, we have already informed them, we have already closed our shop, if they are still waiting, it's not really our fault," he concluded.
