Kapanlagi.com - Surprising news comes from artist Hana Hanifah. Just married to a man named Randy on September 8th, she filed for divorce online at the Religious Court of Bogor, West Java.
In her divorce petition, Hana did not ask for anything. Born on April 30, 1995, this woman only wants a divorce.
"The lawsuit is solely for divorce because there are no joint assets and no children. So we focus on the divorce. We have started the process from today," said Acong Latif, Hana's legal representative, in a press conference in Tebet, South Jakarta, on Thursday (10/12/2023).
The reason Hana Hanifah filed for divorce is not only because her husband was caught cheating. But there are two other things that make her determined to separate.
"So it's not just about infidelity. But there are also threats and he doesn't obey my mother. If you ask if I love him, yes, I do. Who wants a quick divorce anyway?" Hana said on the same occasion.
Hana Hanifah revealed that her marital problems with Randy started during their Umrah pilgrimage. From there, she discovered that her husband had a relationship with his ex-girlfriend.
"Their relationship started to deteriorate during the family Umrah. When Hana's mother was sick during the Umrah, her husband didn't like Hana taking care of her mother. From there, they had various arguments," said Acong.
"After I returned from Umrah, I saw him chatting with his ex-girlfriend. I tried to fix things, but I realized that it's not just about infidelity, there are other things that I think are really fatal," Hana concluded.
