Nikita Mirzani Didn't Attend Mediation Invitation with Dito Mahendra, Here's What She Said

Kapanlagi.com - The statement from Dito Mahendra's legal team, which stated that Nikita Mirzani did not attend the invitation from the Polresta Serang Kota investigator related to the mediation with Dito Mahendra, was denied by the mother of three children.

"Regarding the information that Niki did not want to attend the mediation, please show the letter. If Niki has been summoned," said Fahmi Bachmith at Mabes Polri on Monday (27/6).

However, Fahmi did not deny that there was someone waiting for Nikita at the Polresta Serang Kota for the mediation. However, they claimed that they never received any invitation.

"Invited to come at nine o'clock at night. Someone came to the police station saying that they were waiting for Nikita Mirzani to come to mediation. What is there to mediate if only one person comes?" said Fahmi.

"If it is true, show the invitation. At least show the phone call or the WhatsApp message. If everything is not there, why come to the police station in the middle of the night? What else will be done like this?" Nikita added.

So far, Nikita Mirzani has emphasized that she only received a summons letter as a witness and not for mediation.

"But the letter is a BAP requested for her statement as a witness. Additional BAP as a witness, not a peace invitation," Nikita concluded.

As reported, Nikita Mirzani was reported by Dito Mahendra to the Polresta Serang Kota for alleged ITE Law violation. The status of the mother of three children as a witness is still ongoing.
