Nikita Mirzani Fails to Respond to Demak Police Summons, This is What the Complainant's Legal Counsel Says

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Nikita Mirzani is suspected of tarnishing the good name of a man named Abdul Malik from Demak, Central Java. On the alleged accusation, the mother of three children was reported to the Demak Police on June 11, 2021.

Actually, Nikita Mirzani was scheduled to be questioned by the Demak Police on Monday (9/8/2021). However, the woman who is often called Nyai did not come to fulfill the summons.

As a good citizen, Nikita Mirzani should have fulfilled the summons from the Demak Police for questioning. Adam Malik's legal counsel, Alexander Kilikily Umboh, regrets Nikita Mirzani for not attending the police summons.

"Maybe like this, our country is a country of law. The law is the highest commander. As a good citizen, it would be wise for her to fulfill the police summons. She should follow the law in Indonesia. Here, we don't have immunity to the law. In the eyes of the law, we are all equal," said Alexander Kilikily in Jati Asih, Bekasi, on Tuesday (10/8/2021).

"So if there is a report or a call, it should be respected, honored, and upheld. I am very disappointed, he is a public figure with many followers and they look up to him. If he acts like this, he sets a bad example for his followers. This is very risky and dangerous," said Alexander Kilikily.

For Alexander Kilikily Umboh, they hope that the case involving Abdul Malik will be truly processed legally.

"Our hope is clear, because this is a legal matter, it should be processed legally. Legal accountability. We demand that the law be enforced and justice be obtained. That is our hope," he said.

2. Starting from Nikita Mirzani's IG Story Post

This issue arose from Nikita Mirzani's Instagram Story post. From there, the former wife of Dipo Latief also sent threatening messages through direct messages (DM) on Instagram. Not only that, Nikita Mirzani also posted a provocative photo of Abdul Malik without reason or evidence.

"So I was at home in Demak, I was surprised when a friend told me that there was a photo of me in NM's Instastory post, I opened my phone, and it was true. Suddenly, in the DM, there were vulgar words. For example, sending a bouquet of flowers and calling me a terrorist and a thug, even though I am not," said Adam Malik.
