"Yes, by filing this cassation, it is automatically 100 percent ready, whatever the risks may be later. The bottom line is that he actually wants to be free," said Galih when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (15/12/2025)
Optimism for obtaining justice at the cassation level is said to be very high. Nikita's side believes that the panel of judges at the Supreme Court will deliver an objective and fair verdict.
"Well, if we talk about optimism, he is 100 percent optimistic. That's why he is filing for legal cassation again now. We have discussed it, we have talked about it before as well," Galih said.
Galih also reported on the current condition of Dipo Latief's ex-wife in custody. Despite facing a legal storm, Nikita is reported to be in good health and resilient.
"Alhamdulillah, I met Nikita earlier, she is doing well and in good condition. What Kak Niki wants is for us... she wants to be fought for until the last legal effort," he said.
In fact, if this cassation is later rejected, Nikita's side will not stop. They are ready to take extraordinary legal measures, namely Judicial Review (PK) as the last bastion in seeking justice.
"But if it turns out that it is not appropriate later, we will proceed to PK. Like that," Galih concluded.
