Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi Finally Officially Divorced

Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Religious Court has decided on the divorce of Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi. The decision was made today, Thursday (19/9).

This has also been confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah. The South Jakarta Religious Court has rejected the defendant's exception, resulting in the decision.

"For this case, it has just been decided by the panel of judges of the South Jakarta Religious Court as of today, September 19, 2024," Taslimah stated when met at her office.

"The decision is first to reject the exception from the defendant, and on the main issue, partially granting the plaintiff's lawsuit, and then subsequently pronouncing one talaq bain sughra from the defendant to the plaintiff," she continued.

1. Nisya Obtains Custody of the Children

In addition, the plaintiff, Nisya Ahmad, has been granted custody of their three children. However, the younger sister of Raffi Ahmad is not allowed to limit her three children's meetings with Andika Rosadi.

"Furthermore, it is determined that the 3 children of the plaintiff with the defendant are in the custody and care of the plaintiff, with the provision that the plaintiff may not prohibit the defendant from expressing affection towards the three children," she stated.

2. Obligation to Support the Children

Meanwhile, Andika Rosadi has been required to pay iddah support and for his three children. "Furthermore, the defendant is ordered to provide to the plaintiff due to the divorce, namely iddah support and the needs for those 3 children," she remarked.

It is known that Raffi Ahmad's sister, Nisya Ahmad, filed for divorce from her husband, Andika Rosadi, on May 10, 2024, at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi were married in 2009.
