As the wife of the Vice Governor of East Java, Arumi Bachsin certainly has several mandatory tasks to fulfill. One of them is attending PKK events, as Arumi did some time ago in Tuban.

Apparently, after the event was over, Arumi took the opportunity to visit one of the seafood stalls by the roadside. Arumi said that she had previously eaten at that place.

"We were in Tuban, earlier I had a brief PKK event, and then when I went home, I remembered that Tuban is famous for its rajungan (crab)."

After entering the stall, Arumi Bachsin immediately ordered 10 packs of rajungan along with the menu of ikan manyung (fish dish). Arumi deliberately asked for the seasoning to be separated because she was afraid it would be too spicy.

"Tuban is famous for its rajungan. It wouldn't be complete if we didn't bring home rajungan because Mas Emil (her husband) really likes it and my children also really like it," said Arumi.

Arumi Bachsin is known as a mixed-race celebrity of Dutch, German, and Palembang descent. She was born and raised in Jakarta. However, since becoming the wife of Emil Dardak who resides in East Java, Arumi Bachsin has become more familiar with the Javanese language.

Arumi has learned some vocabulary, and she can even speak in Javanese in complete sentences. For example, "Iki loh, aku piye carane" which Arumi said when she couldn't open the crab's claws.

Crab is a type of crab with a smaller body size, but it has a sweet, savory, and tender meat flavor. Arumi admits that she really likes crab and eats it eagerly. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not provide a shell opener.

Arumi was confused about how to eat it. Finally, she tried hitting it with a spoon.

"Mboten saget lo mas, iki lo," said Arumi while showing the crab's claws.

Finally, she followed her friends to open the shell with her teeth. Arumi considers crab meat as a treasure because it is difficult to open and makes her curious.

Arumi explains the suitable situation for eating spicy crab. According to her, the spiciness comes from a combination of chili and pepper. Therefore, she does not recommend eating at the stall for a new couple's date. Instead, the culinary delight is best enjoyed when heartbroken.

"Eating here has several possibilities, this food tastes really good when we are heartbroken or angry at someone because the spiciness distracts us," Arumi suggested.

As for the next tip, Arumi suggests that people eating at the stall bring their own crab claw opener from home. Not all shells can be easily bitten.
