As is known, Chand's age this year has reached thirty-nine. Although he has surpassed the target age, age is not a benchmark for him to get married.
"If we talk about targets, it's actually far because at this age I just want to get married. But there are also many friends of mine who are older and still unmarried," said Chand, met in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, recently.
Furthermore, Chand Kelvin said that getting married is a matter of readiness. Especially for a man whose responsibility is so great for the future.
"Because I'm a guy, the benchmark is from all aspects. Settling oneself, settling financially, and settling stability are important," he continued.
Although surpassing the target of getting married in terms of age, Chand Kelvin hopes there is no such thing as being too late. Considering that marriage is one form of worship of the religion he adheres to.
"I realized getting married at this age. Hopefully there is no such thing as being late. It's better to be late than to get divorced early," he said.
Many things make Chand Kelvin feel confident about Dea Sahirah. One of them is that Dea is known to be religious. So that later they can build a household together towards heaven.
"Usually I fast on Mondays and Thursdays alone, now I have a companion, what about when it's official? I'm happy to have a wife who is close to religion. Alhamdulillah, with Dea, I will have a companion in worship," he concluded.
