AKP Reza Rahandi said that the detention center there has its own separate blocks. So Millen is not merged into the general male cell.

"Yes, we already have our own separate blocks. So it's not merged anymore, but yesterday it was according to the ID card," said AKP Reza Rahandi.

2. There is Consideration

Furthermore, AKP Reza Rahandi placed Millen there due to consideration.

"Because there happen to be several empty block places. So we set it up ourselves, still a male cell. Because there is consideration, maybe there are some comments or something, but we put him in the male cell specifically," he added.
