"Actually, our goal is not there, our goal is to prove the child's recognition and responsibility," said Ferry Aswan when met in the Fatmawati area, South Jakarta, not long ago.

Because the lawsuit filed by Wenny Ariani is a civil case, it requires both material and immaterial aspects, so they decided to sue for Rp 17.5 billion. However, Ferry emphasized again that their goal is not to obtain money. Ferry said it is not easy to obtain the appropriate material and immaterial aspects from a civil trial.

"It's just because it's a civil lawsuit that we have to follow. There are material and immaterial aspects. But our goal is not there. Besides, it's not easy for that matter to be granted," he said.

In addition, Ferry also explained the division of material and immaterial aspects in this case, with material amounting to Rp 7.5 billion, while immaterial amounting to Rp 10 billion. However, it is considered very difficult for Wenny Ariani to obtain them, as strong evidence is needed.

"So actually, the material is Rp 7.5 billion, immaterial is Rp 10 billion. But again, everything requires proof. It's not granted just like that. In fact, the majority of immaterial aspects are not granted. Most material aspects are also the same. It requires proof," he said.
