Comedian Andre Taulany reveals about the pocket money he gives to his son, Arkenzy Salmansyah Taulany or Kenzy Taulany for school. Every day, Andre admits to giving his son a daily allowance of 200 thousand Rupiah.

However, the 49-year-old man said that the money was just enough, until it ran out in a day.
"I don't know, in Depok the school is like that, eating a burger or fried rice costs 40 thousand, 30 thousand, so if I give 200 thousand," said Andre when met in the Ciputat area, South Tanggerang, on Tuesday (10/1/2024).
"Because he has 2 breaks, sometimes for the first break he buys a 50 thousand burger, for example, then for the second break he buys again, not to mention snacks like drinks, so it's just enough with 200 thousand," added Andre.
According to Andre, the canteen in each school has differences in implementing food prices in their canteens. Therefore, Andre feels that 200 thousand pocket money is enough for his child.
"Is 200 thousand big in this day and age? I'm not sure, try asking other friends' children now, what can you get with 50 thousand for shopping now? For me, 200 thousand, now the prices have gone up," he said.
Indeed, British School Jakarta, Kenzy's middle school, is known to be expensive. Andre himself admits that when it comes to education, he will give the best.
"I always do this, when it comes to children, I will try my best for education, I will do anything for my child's education, that's my principle," he said.
Although Kenzy can now earn money on his own with the content he creates, Andre still provides for his school fees and allowances. It is his responsibility as a parent.

Tapi, kalau sehari-hari, bulanan, tetap tanggung jawab saya lah sebagai orangtua. Bukan kewajibannya Kenzy cari duit sekarang," tutup Andre.
