He is reported to have married Venti Figianti, from Rancakasumba Village, Solokan Jeruk District, Bandung, West Java, and this was confirmed by Venti's uncle, Khoirul Huda. The middle-aged man also served as a witness to Kiwil's marriage to Venti.

"Yes, they got married according to religious customs here. The one who married them was their teacher, Ustaz Hasan," said Khoirul Huda when met at Rancakasumba Village Hall, Bandung, West Java, on Friday (23/10).

"Coincidentally, she (Kiwil's wife) is still my niece. That's why I wanted to be a witness to 'yes, they are getting married'. Just in case, if it's valid according to religious customs," he continued.

The uncle also mentioned that his niece is a widow with two children who were left behind by her late husband. When she was still with her late husband, Venti lived in Bali.

"Yes, he passed away. Her husband, who was from NTT, worked in Immigration in Bali. He died due to diabetes," he said.

In addition, Khoirul Huda himself admitted that he did not know exactly when Kiwil and Venti started their close relationship. Meanwhile, only family and close friends attended the wedding event.

"Yes, only family and friends from Bandung attended. I don't really know them well. I also don't know how close they are," he concluded.
