Not Willing to Hand Over Children, Tsania Marwa Upset with Atalarik Syach's Stubbornness

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Tsania Marwa feels very sad because she has not been able to live with her children. Until now, Syarif Muhammad Fajri and Aisyah Shabira, Tsania Marwa's two children, are still with Atalarik Syach.

Although she has won custody, Tsania Marwa has not been able to meet her children. Herdyan Saksono, Tsania's lawyer, said that his client cannot live peacefully because she has not been reunited with her two beloved children.

"The case of Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syach is an example of selfish parents," said Herdyan Saksono when contacted on Tuesday (16/11).

Herdyan added that Tsania Marwa has also not been able to pick up her children because she has not yet been granted permission by the Supreme Court (MA).

"There is no plan yet to pick up the children, still waiting for the end of PPKM. The Supreme Court has not given the green light for execution," he said.

Herdyan Saksono said that Tsania Marwa is starting to get upset seeing Atalarik Syach's stubborn attitude. He hopes that Atalarik can immediately deliver their children to Tsania.

Now, Tsania Marwa has also chosen to pursue legal action in the form of a Review (PK) of the decision of the Cibinong Religious Court, Bogor Regency, West Java.

"Tsania Marwa is upset because Atalarik is stubborn. Even though it's just a matter of handing over their children, what's the difficulty? He (Atalarik Syach) must comply with the court's decision," he concluded.
