The name Windy Idol that has long been unheard of, suddenly became the talk of the town due to her involvement in the Money Laundering Criminal Act (TPPU) case that implicated MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan. As reported by CNNindonesia.com, Hasbi and Windy exchanged messages using pseudonyms.
In their conversation, Windy's contact was written as Mr. Reza by Hasbi. They called each other 'cayank and beb' which Hasbi later referred to as a common thing in their conversation.
Windy Idol's name is currently in the spotlight due to her involvement in a Money Laundering Criminal Act (TPPU) case carried out by Secretary of MA Hasbi Hasan.
Windy was a contestant on Indonesian Idol in 2014. At that time, she was eliminated in the seventh round of the spectacular stage.
After that, Windy's name disappeared. She did not appear in the entertainment world in Indonesia and her whereabouts were unknown.
Windy's name suddenly resurfaced after the money laundering case involving the defendant Hasbi Hasan came to light. It is suspected that the Secretary of MA had transferred funds to Windy, referred to as Mr. Reza in their contact.
The conversation between Windy and Hasbi was revealed by the Central Jakarta Corruption Court during yesterday's hearing, Thursday (7/3). The judge questioned the calls 'Cayang and beb' that they made.
"This is Mr. Reza 'oke cayang, when you rest, I can't sleep because Buya Liman snores'. This chat conversation is between whom, sir? between brothers with whom?" the prosecutor asked."Yes, it's with Windi," Hasbi answered while laughing."With Windi, like this, sir?" the prosecutor asked."Well (while laughing) it's normal, when I talk 'beb-beb' with someone, it's normal," Hasbi evaded.
To the Judge and Prosecutor, Hasbi revealed that he has known Windy since 2016. They often communicate about college assignments and it continues until now.
However, the judge and prosecutor are still investigating their relationship. Windy has also been designated as a suspect in receiving money laundering flow from Hasbi Hasan.
