Medina Zein is currently behind bars due to defamation. Because of this status, the MD Glowing business owned by Lukman Azhari's wife had to be transferred. It was officially announced today, Thursday (8/12). Read the story and see the photos below.

The MD Glowing trademark, originally owned by Medina Zein, has now been transferred to Heni Purnamasari. This has been registered with the Directorate of Trademarks and Geographical Indications of the Republic of Indonesia.

As known, Medina Zein is currently in custody, and to continue her cosmetic company MD Glowing, the rights were transferred to Heni Purnamasari.

This was conveyed by Ina H.Rachman SH, MH and DR. Uus Mulyaharja SE., SH., MH., MKn., CLA as the legal representatives of Heni Purnamasari and Lukman Azhari.

Apparently, the transfer of this trademark has been done since June 18, 2022, but only revealed to the public now.

The transfer of those trademarks is also registered with the numbers HKI.01339/2022, HKI.01347/2022, HKI.01344/2022, HKI.01338/2022, HKI.01345/2022, HKI.01342/2022, and HKI.04979/2022.

Lukman Azhari as the husband and legal representative of Medina Zein stated that Medina Zein's condition necessitates the transfer of trademark rights.
