Officially Divorced from Askara, Nindy Ayunda Gets Custody of Children

Kapanlagi.com - Nindy Ayunda is officially divorced from Askara Parasady Harsono after her lawsuit was granted by the judges of the South Jakarta Religious Court on May 6, 2021.

"For this case, it was decided through e-court on May 6, 2021. The decision is the rejection of the exception and the acceptance of the main lawsuit," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, on Friday (7/5).

1. Nindy Obtains Custody of Children

Taslimah also explained that Nindy has obtained custody of her two children, aged 9 and 5. 

"The 9-year-old child and the approximately 5-year-old child are under the care of the plaintiff. The expenses have been granted without closing access for the defendant," she said. 

2. Do Not Prevent Children from Meeting Their Father

The division of custody time is left to both parties. Taslimah only reminded Nindy not to prevent Askara from meeting his two children.

"There is no specific division of time, it is up to the parties. For example, if the father wants to meet the children outside working hours or on weekends, then don't prohibit it," said Taslimah.

"So the plaintiff is prohibited from closing access for the defendant to express love to the children. Even though the children are under the care of the plaintiff, the father still has the right to give love," she concluded.
