Officially Divorced, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti Asserts Not Evicting Aldi Bragi from Home

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Ririn Dwi Aryanti has officially divorced her husband, Aldi Bragi, after the recitation of the talak oath was conducted at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (10/2/2022). Ririn's legal representative, Riri Purbasari, stated that since the divorce decree has been read, Aldi Bragi should no longer be able to live in the same house as Ririn.

"It's already over, already divorced. Legally, Aldi can no longer live in Ririn's house, and that is indeed Ririn's house. So, Aldi has to leave the house," said Riri Purbasari at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (10/2/2022).

1. Not Driven Out of the House

Riri asserts that in this case, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti did not drive Aldi out of the house. According to her, after the divorce decision was announced, Aldi should have had good intentions to leave the house that they lived in together with Ririn Dwi Ariyanti.

"In this matter, it needs to be clarified that Ririn never drove Aldi out. Legally, when the decision has been announced, they are no longer husband and wife. The divorce announcement is legally official, it's just a formality. Yes, indeed Aldi should have had good intentions to leave the house when the decision was announced," said Riri.

2. Not Restricting the Ex-Husband from Meeting the Children

In the divorce decision, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti was granted custody of the children. Although they have separated and the custody falls to Ririn, this 36-year-old woman does not restrict her ex-husband from meeting their children.

"Alhamdulillah, I was granted custody of the children and I am very grateful for that. But regardless, I will not restrict Aldi, in the future we will still allow Aldi to meet the children, the most important thing is what's best for the children," said Ririn Dwi Ariyanti.

3. Children Know Their Parents Are Divorcing

Ririn admitted that in this divorce, her three children, Siti Alana Kalyani, Siti Alecia Kaira, and Ramy Alfie Utomo, are involved. Aldi Bragi already understands the situation experienced by his parents.

"Alhamdulillah, the children already understand the situation. I continuously communicate the situation truthfully to the children. I don't lie to them about the situation and we exchange ideas. Well, it's just a matter of time. Insha Allah, me and the children will be fine," said Ririn.

4. Ready to be a Single Parent

Now, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti carries a new status as a single parent, the sole parent of her three children, Siti Alana Kalyani, Siti Alecia Kaira, and Ramy Alfie Utom. Ririn admitted that she is ready for her new status.

"Of course, I am ready to go through all these processes. This is a mutual decision, not a unilateral one for divorce," said Ririn Dwi Ariyanti at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (10/2/2022).

5. Obligation to Provide Maintenance

In the same opportunity, Ririn's legal counsel, Riri Purbasari, explained that from a legal perspective, a father is obliged to provide maintenance to his child.

"But legally, it is the father's obligation to provide maintenance, protection, and care for the child, and it must be provided through Ririn because Ririn is the one who has custody of the child, so Aldi must also fulfill that obligation," said Riri.
