Often Called a Failed Product, Raffi Ahmad Admits 'RAFATHAR' is a Bad Film

Kapanlagi.com - Like any other parents, Raffi Ahmad doesn't want to miss the moments of his child's growth. The celebrity known as Sultan Andara has done various ways to immortalize Rafathar, including making a film with the title of his beloved child.

Instead of being satisfied with the result of his work, it turns out that Raffi Ahmad regrets making the film RAFATHAR. He admits that the final result of the animated film about a robot is not satisfying.

"Apparently, the film is not something to be experimented with, it requires passion," said Raffi Ahmad, as quoted from Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel.

"I also feel guilty because the film is considered a failure. I didn't lose anything, but it's not a fantastic film. When I became a father, I realized, 'Oh, I made a mistake making a film as a memento for my child,'" he added.

1. Admitting It's Ugly

When the movie RAFATHAR was called ugly by Deddy Corbuzier, Raffi Ahmad did not deny it. Instead, he admitted that the animation of the film is indeed ugly because it was not done to its fullest potential.

"It's ugly, the animation is ugly. The 3D is ugly," he said.

2. Chasing the Release

After completing the film project, Raffi Ahmad realized that making an animated film takes a long time in the production process. However, at that time he was in a hurry because he had already postponed the release date three times to the cinema.

"But I learned that we can't just... learn about the film," said the husband of Nagita Slavina.

3. Moving to YouTube

Raffi Ahmad's regret from the film RAFATHAR actually inspired him to switch to the YouTube platform. However, over time Raffi Ahmad began to reduce the intensity of exposing his family and personal life due to rejection from Rafathar, who was growing up.

"And finally I went to YouTube, at that time what mattered to me was dedicating myself to my child, and so on," he said.
