The police also presented the Personal Assistant during a press conference at the West Jakarta Metro Police Station on Wednesday (14/3).
On that occasion, it was clear that the 27-year-old man regretted his actions.
While stuttering, he said that the money from the fraud was used for his daily needs.
"Assalammualaikum, I am very sorry, InshaAllah it will be resolved soon. (Money for fun) No, for daily needs only," said the Personal Assistant.
When asked further, the Personal Assistant only apologized and promised to resolve the case as soon as possible.
"I apologize and will resolve it quickly. I apologize," he said.
In addition, in the same occasion, the West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol M. Syahduddi, stated that the reason for the suspect's fraud was due to economic pressure.
"The suspect committed this crime for economic needs and personal interests," said Kombes Pol M. Syahduddi.
