Okie Agustina Chooses Divorce from Gunawan Dwi Cahyo, Kiesha Alvaro Sad but Relieved

As it is known, Okie Agustina chose to file for divorce from Gunawan Dwi Cahyo due to alleged infidelity. “I was really shocked. During the marriage, everything was fine and there was no indication of infidelity or anything. Suddenly, I found out about it and it was already widely known, with evidence of photos of him walking with another girl on social media. My mom cried and felt shocked,” said Kiesha Alvaro when met at the Religious Court of Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (27/12).

1. Sad but Relieved

Kiesha Alvaro, who became a witness in her mother's divorce trial, admitted to feeling sad about this incident. However, she also feels relieved because she doesn't have to wait long to find out.

“I am sad but somewhat relieved, maybe it's like this, if we think about the present. Alhamdulillah, we found out without having to wait for 20 or 30 years, it turns out there is an incident like this. So, I can still handle my mother,” said Kiesha Alvaro.

2. Tired of Seeing Parents Fighting

After that incident, Kiesha Alvaro also admitted to feeling tired because she often sees her parents fighting. She also can't bear to see her mother crying constantly because of this problem.

“Because she (mother) is also stressed at home and she definitely talks to me. I listen to her stories. Sometimes, we're in the middle of a conversation and suddenly she's on the phone fighting and crying. Sometimes, I want to take her phone and speak for her because it's tiring to listen. My mother wants to know what happened, but my father keeps denying and doesn't want to answer,” she explained.

3. Doesn't Want to Force

Therefore, Kiesha Alvaro once conveyed to her parents to choose the best path to stay together or separate. She also doesn't want to force her mother to maintain their marriage if she no longer feels comfortable.

"That's why I've talked to both of them, they are already adults, if it's really not possible, then it's okay, if they want to continue, then continue, don't make it complicated. But in the end, because there is no other way, I also don't want my mother to force this marriage," she concluded.
