The affair rumors were confirmed by Okie Agustina's manager, Raindy. He explained that Okie found out about the alleged affair when her husband gave a football jersey from his own club to a woman.
When Okie asked who the woman he gave the jersey to was, Gunawan claimed that she was his friend.
"This woman was given a Bali United jersey by Gunawan, but Gunawan said, 'No, she's just my friend, she's already married, and she brought her friend who is also married,'" said Raindy when contacted by the media on Wednesday (8/10/2023).
"She asked to be given the jersey, but Okie was suspicious. You know how strong a wife's intuition can be," Raindy added.

After the argument, Raindy said that Gunawan's attitude started to change. Gunawan also did not pay for some family needs, leading to suspicions that the money was used for cheating with another woman.
"After receiving the jersey, his behavior started to become different. There was even a date when he went to a cafe with that woman, and Gunawan said, 'Mom, I won't be able to pay for this, you pay for it,' so there was household money that he couldn't give because he said it was for his expenses, but according to Oki, it was for that woman," said Raindy.
According to Raindy, Oki believes that her husband always uses religion to cover up his mistakes. And Gunawan never admits it.
"And he always brings up religion when he prays, that's what always annoys me, using religion as a cover because he's acting like a hypocrite, so people shouldn't keep bringing up God when they've already done something wrong," explained Raindy.
"So, when someone is already wrong and they're looking for justification, it shows their humanity and their desire to find fault in others as their weapon," she concluded.
