Behind the incident involving her son, Kiesha Alvaro, with actor Dimas Anggara, there is a significant role of Okie Agustina in shaping her child's character. Okie admits to always instilling the importance of controlling emotions, especially for the career that Kiesha has been building since childhood.
When met in the Mampang area of South Jakarta some time ago, Okie shared her educational approach that always prioritizes a cool head in facing any problems.
"Actually, when it comes to education, it also comes from the home environment. I always tell Kiesha, in facing anything, don't let emotions take over, it must be with a cool head," said Okie Agustina.
According to her, uncontrolled emotions can have fatal consequences and can spill over into many aspects, including ruining a career that has been built with great effort.
"Because if it's based on emotions, it can affect everyone and can destroy a career," she added.
This message is always instilled in Kiesha. Considering her son has been pursuing a career in the entertainment world since a young age, Okie does not want everything to be destroyed just because of a momentary emotion.
"He has been building his career since he was little, so it shouldn't all be ruined because of emotions," Okie emphasized.
The closeness between mother and child is also evident from their communication patterns. Okie mentioned that Kiesha often confides in her about anything, rather than to her father, Pasha Ungu.
"Kiesha always tells me everything, and rarely shares with his father, whenever he has something to share, it’s always with me," she explained.
Even so, Okie emphasized that this incident did not traumatize Kiesha. She sees this event as a new dynamic that has never happened before in her son's career journey.
"No, because Kiesha has been in the career since he was little, from the age of 6 until now at 21, there has never been a problem, maybe just now, all his friends know," she concluded.

According to Okie, the reconciliation was marked by a meeting between Dimas Anggara, herself, and Pasha Ungu, Kiesha's biological father. In that meeting, Dimas directly conveyed his apology.
