Olla Ramlan Prepares Two Witnesses for Divorce Trial with Aufar Hutapea

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce lawsuit filed by Olla Ramlan against Aufar Hutapea was held again on Monday (9/5/2022). Held at the South Jakarta Religious Court, this time's agenda was the submission of evidence from the plaintiff.

The evidence provided by Olla's legal counsel is administrative, such as ID cards and marriage certificates. However, during the trial, the artist was not present.

1. Olla Ramlan Did Not Attend the Hearing

It was explained that Olla Ramlan's absence was due to being represented by her legal counsel. Furthermore, the presence of the plaintiff was deemed unnecessary as only document submission was required.

"The agenda is to present evidence from the plaintiff and everything went well. As for not attending, it was based on our suggestion because it's more administrative in nature, just submitting the evidence," said Bara Tampubolon, Olla's legal counsel, after the hearing.

2. Preparing Witnesses

The next agenda of the hearing is to hear the testimony of witnesses from Olla Ramlan as the plaintiff. Olla's legal counsel stated that they will bring two witnesses who are usually family or close friends.

"We are still discussing (who the witnesses will be), there are two people from the plaintiff," said Bara Tampubolon.

The same was also said by Aufar Hutapea's legal counsel named Jonathan Tampubolon. "We are also preparing ours. We will communicate with the client again about these witnesses," he said.

3. Olla Ramlan Files for Divorce

Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea got married at Masjid Kubah Depok on December 20, 2012. From their marriage, they were blessed with two beautiful daughters named Aleena Naira Hana Hutapea and Adreena Naira Hana Hutapea.

After nine years of seemingly peaceful marriage, Olla filed for divorce on March 23, 2022. Unlike other celebrity couples, she and Aufar seemed to remain affectionate even though their marriage was on the rocks.
