After the additional examination of Tiko, Irfan revealed that their denial has been proven. In fact, this issue should have been resolved since 2019, and at that time Tiko's ex-wife, Arina Winarto, did not raise any objections.

"Today and last week, Mas Tiko and the lawyer have proven one by one to prove that it's not embezzlement, but the value of the transaction is not final. So there are things that need to be, the way of thinking and interpretation is A, here the interpretation is B. "So there's a reason why Mr. Tiko never gave a report, we prove that there are emails sent to AW's email," he said.

In addition, in this second examination, Tiko was questioned by the investigator with 20 questions for nearly 8 hours. Irfan also added that all the questions and accusations have been answered by his client with evidence.

"In total, because this is a continuation of yesterday's BAP, there are around 18 or 20 additional questions. But those 18-20 questions are long in sequence, because they are item by item. The investigative team is answering all those accusations, the investigator's questions are aimed at clarifying what AW is suspected of," he said.

"It's a bit long because the answers are in the form of proof with valid data that we bring," he concluded.
