"Baim has already come. As the younger one, Baim apologized in front of Suhud's family," said Edi Prastio, the Chairman of the Indonesian Anti-Discrimination Association (PADI), when contacted.

Baim's arrival, according to Edi, was well received by Grandfather Suhud and his family. On that occasion, they forgave each other for the viral incident in the past. "They were welcomed by forgiving each other and considering that there is no longer any problem because it was initially just a misunderstanding," he said.

Edi also said that Grandfather Suhud did not impose any conditions for forgiving Baim Wong's actions. "There are no conditions. Mr. Suhud understands that this is all due to a misunderstanding," said Edi.

2. Intentionally Not Published

With this reconciliation, the PADI organization, which initially intended to report Baim Wong to the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM), also felt relieved. "The main thing is that there is reconciliation, and we also feel relieved and will not proceed to Komnas HAM," he said.

According to Edi, the reconciliation between Baim Wong and Grandfather Suhud was intentionally not recorded to be published in mass media or social media. It is part of the agreement. "Indeed, it was agreed from the beginning that there would be no media (coverage) and we don't want (the reconciliation) to become content," he said.
