"Yes, I just inaugurated a new factory to handle some of my frozen food products. Yesterday, it was only nuggets, but now we have perkedel, rolade, and chicken wings," said Ruben Onsu when met in the Cakung area of East Jakarta, Thursday (3/2/2022).

"All of our products have obtained BPOM certification, and we also have halal labels. Bensu Nutrindo already has BPOM certification," continued Jordi Onsu.

2. Involving the Children

Carrying the name Bensu Nutrindo, Ruben involves his three children, especially in determining the foods that they might like.

"When trying out food, they first come to me, and then I give it to the children. I have to be supportive of whatever becomes the children's world. So, because it is safe for children to consume, they also eat it," said Ruben.

3. Prepared Since 6 Months Ago

Ruben and Jordi have been preparing their new business for six months. Of course, the food presented by Bensu Nutrindo is guaranteed to be hygienic.

"Almost six months, because getting hygienic and guaranteed products requires regular checking starting from cleanliness, quality, to capacity. It may seem fast, but this is our first step in the beginning of 2022. Hopefully, this year we will also have a factory or company that we can acquire again," said Jordi.

4. Targeting the Traditional Market

Through Bensu Nutrindo, Ruben and Jordi target the traditional market to sell their frozen food.

"Our target from Bensu Nutrindo is actually more towards the market, so next, I will survey the market to find out what their constraints have been while continuously offering our brand. We are specifically targeting the traditional market," concluded Ruben.
