Otis Hahijary Visits Sapri Pantun's Wife Who Just Gave Birth While Providing Financial Assistance

Kapanlagi.com - The wife of the late Sapri Pantun is currently feeling mixed emotions. Not long after her husband's departure, Irma gave birth to their second child, a baby boy, on May 15, 2021. The grief felt by Irma has turned into happiness because the baby was born healthy.

Originally, the late Sapri wanted to accompany his wife during the childbirth process. In fact, he was the one who had already chosen the name for their unborn baby before passing away.

Vice President of ANTV, Otis Hahijary, took the initiative to visit Irma on Tuesday (18/5) yesterday. He was accompanied by the Producer of the series Jodoh Wasiat Bapak 2, which incidentally was a series starring the late Sapri. On that occasion, Otis did not forget to provide financial assistance to Irma and her family.

1. Heavy Shock

Otis is known as one of the people who feels the most shocked and lost by the passing of Sapri Pantun. As is known, he visited Sapri at the hospital shortly before the comedian took his last breath. Even at that time, Sapri's condition was said to have improved.

"Honestly, I was really shocked to hear about Sapri's departure. Because when I visited him, on Friday (7/5), Sapri was conscious, he could wave his hand, he could call my name. Then 2 or 3 hours later, after I returned from the hospital, I heard that he was in a coma. So, yeah, quite shocked. It happened so quickly, I didn't expect it," said Otis.

2. Will Never Forget Sapri's Figure

The late Sapri was described as one of the important elements of ANTV television station's journey. Therefore, Otis and the team will never forget the services provided by the late Sapri.

"I thought his birthday was on May 18th, but it turned out to be earlier. So I rearranged the schedule, even though it was already packed. So it was adjusted again. I asked my younger sister for help too, to make the hampers. Then there was financial assistance. Hopefully the funds can be used in the future to create insurance, to be used for beneficial things. One thing for sure, we will not forget Sapri. He still has children and a wife," added Otis.

3. Allowed to Return from Hospital

Otis and his team also participated in fundraising activities with artists since Sunday (9/5) until Tuesday (12/5). The total amount of funds collected reached IDR 95 million and was distributed through Bakrie Amanah.

On Tuesday (18/5) after Otis' visit, Irma was also allowed to return from the hospital. She appeared strong although her heart is still deeply wounded by her husband's departure.

"What makes me strong are my children. I only think of my children. I have to be strong for them," Irma said.
