Frans Faisal successfully realized his dream of owning a house at the age of 27. His new house, which spans 320 square meters, far exceeded his expectations. One corner of the house that attracts attention is the kitchen. Although its appearance is simple, this area has become his wife's favorite place to engage in activities. Uniquely, this kitchen is not filled with luxurious equipment—there is only a kitchen table as the center of cooking activities. Frans chose to use a built-in stove, air fryer, and rice cooker as the main equipment, and utilized the window near the stove to maintain air circulation without the need for a cooker hood.
From a design perspective, this kitchen is quite unique as it is L-shaped and does not have upper cabinets, creating a spacious and open impression. The sink is integrated with the kitchen table on the left side, giving a practical yet minimalist feel. Not far from the cooking area, there is a dining table that facilitates family activities—from cooking directly to serving. This simple but functional arrangement shows that a comfortable kitchen does not always have to be filled with expensive furniture.
