"At home (for Christmas). Even going to a restaurant is not allowed, just follow the government's advice. Staying at home doesn't diminish the meaning of Christmas. It's just me, my mother, baby, and husband," she said when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, on Thursday (24/12).

Although not going anywhere and only celebrating Christmas at home, the mother of one child admitted that she doesn't feel sad. The most important thing for her is being able to gather with her family.

"No, Christmas is not about parties. Gathering with family and praying together is enough to be grateful. Now I just feel grateful," she said.

Even during the New Year's Eve, Shandy Aulia and her family do not plan to spend their holiday. The most important thing for her during this pandemic is that everyone she loves is in good health.

"Yes, just staying at home (for New Year's). It's been 10 months (since the child's age) of being healthy. Thank you. All developments are healthy," she concluded.
