Panic Because of Giving Birth, Kiki Amalia Was Briefly Detained by the Police for Entering the Busway Lane

There is a funny story behind Kiki Amalia's childbirth process. She and her husband were briefly stopped by the police for entering the busway lane when the road conditions were very congested.

Kiki Amalia experienced continuous contractions in the car. Of course, this made Kiki and her husband panic. To avoid the traffic jam, they decided to enter the busway lane.

"That's right. So, I did various poses in the car, I felt pressure. I had never experienced contractions or anything like that before, so I panicked," said Kiki Amalia at Tembuni Birth Center, Kemang, South Jakarta, on Thursday (29/2/2024).

Kiki Amalia panicked because she experienced intense contractions. However, the doctor's advice is not to panic or rush when experiencing contractions.

"Even though they already said not to panic, not to rush, just stay calm. But my husband panicked, so I panicked too. I immediately told the police that I wanted to give birth, it was urgent," said Kiki Amalia.

2. Lucky to Be Given Way

Fortunately, Kiki Amalia was given way by the police because she was in an emergency situation and wanted to give birth. Kiki's husband, Agung Nugraha, also apologized for breaking the busway lane.

"How many times we were caught by the police, breaking the busway lane, sorry sir because it was urgent. Alhamdulillah, they let us through. The busway guard also immediately opened it, quickly. Thank you," concluded Agung Nugraha.

Kiki Amalia gave birth to a child at Tembuni Birth Center, Kemang, South Jakarta on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. The baby is a girl, born weighing 2.9 kg and measuring 47 cm.
